【摘要】 目的:总结、探讨同种异体手移植骨骼支架重建的随访临床经验及意义。方法:对 4例6手于前臂不同平面离断、手缺失患者行同种异体手移植,受体尺骨、桡骨分别于不同水平与供体尺骨、桡骨解剖复位、3.5 mm AO 钢板内固定。随访4～36个月。结果:移植手尺桡骨平均于术后9周达到临床愈合,临床功能恢复满意。结论:牢固而确实的骨骼支架重建对同种异体移植手功能恢复意义重大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and summarize the clinical experience and significance of the re- constructcon of skeleton of human hand allografts.Method:The ulna and radius were reduced anatomi- cally and fixed firmly with 3.5mm AO-plates to 6 hands of 4 cases with traumatic hand defect in dif- ferent levels.The four cases were followed up for 4～36 months.Result:The clinical healing of fracture in the four cases was observed in half an year,and satisfactory effects were gained eventually.Conclusion:The bones were reconstructed firmly,which was significant to human hand al- lografts.更多还原
