【摘要】 目的:观察闭合复位带锁髓内针内固定治疗严重股骨干骨折疗效。方法:2001年4 月～2003年6月用闭合复位带锁髓内针内固定治疗严重股骨干骨折50例,术中采用骨科牵引床和 C 形臂 X 光机透视。手术采用定位器锁定。术后病人即刻开始临近关节的功能活动。结果:3个达临床骨愈合。全部病人术后临近关节的功能恢复达正常的90～100%。结论:闭合复位带锁髓内针内固定治疗严重股骨干骨折对骨折局部软组织和血供进一步破坏小,骨折固定稳定可靠,是治疗股骨干严重粉碎性骨折的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To dicuss the experience treating severe crush of femoral shaft fractures with close reduction and intramedullary locking nail.Method:50 cases of severe femoral shaft fractures wiho had been treated with close reduction and intramedullary locking nail from April.2001～ June.2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Traction table and image intensifer were used during opera- tion.Locking technique were used.Active movements of nearby joints were encouraged after operation.Result:50 femoral shaft fractures got union after three months.All patients gaind nomoral extremity fractures.Conclusion:Close reduction and intramedullary locking nail of femoral shaft frac- tures has less damage to the local soft tissue and blood supply.It has a relative stable fracture fixation and less interruption to the healing procedure.It is of the best methods for treating femoral shaft frae- turess.更多还原
