【Abstract】 The concept of "Harmonious society" offers new ideas for the transformation of university organization structure.Universities should select appropriate structure model under the premise against the characteristics of internal systems and innovate its organization structure adapting the changes of external and internal environment to promote the formation of its endogenous dynamic mechanisms according to its own characteristics and the factors affecting organizational performance.The transformation should follow the principles of people-oriented,unobstructed communication,adaptive automatic adjustment,innovation inducement.更多还原
