【Abstract】 Educational resources are prerequisite and material basis for running higher educational institution.Clear definition and rational distribution of property rights can lead to build-up,development,effective use and protection of educational resources,so,an approach to analyze educational resources and their management by the economics of property rights is appropriate and effective.This article will give a design to such research based on looking back to the former studys.更多还原
