氨基三甲叉膦酸与磁场对碳酸钙协同阻垢作用研究

【摘要】 通过静态实验研究了单独使用氨基三甲叉膦酸(ATMP)及其与磁场的协同阻垢性能. 利用扫描电子显微镜表征了水垢试样中的碳酸钙晶型.静态实验结果表明:磁场与 ATMP 的协同作用可提高对 Ca2+的螯合作用。在 ATMP 的浓度为0.5mg/L,磁场与 ATMP 协同作用时,静态阻垢率比 ATMP 单独作用时可提高21.9%。SEM 分析结果表明:ATMP 可使碳酸钙晶型完全扭曲, 磁场与 ATMP 协同可使 CaCO3晶体更加圆滑、分散,扭曲现象更加明显.

【Abstract】 The influences of Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid(ATMP)alone,and the effect of its synergism with magnetic field on the scale inhibition performance were investigated by the static and dynamic experiments.The calcium carbonate crystal samples were characterized by means of SEM.The static experiment results showed that chelating function of ATMP for Ca2+ could be enhanced by synergism with magnetic field.Under ATMP 0.5mg/L,the scale inhibition rate of ATMP in magnetic water could increase by 21.9%.SEM results showed that the calcium carbonate crystallite could be changed completely,when ATMP was added.The synergism between the magnetic field and ATMP could distort calcium carbonate crystallite more remarkably,causing the calcium carbonate crystaUite to get much smooth and more dispersive.
