煤气洗涤废水处理的实验研究

【摘要】 采用 PAC 与 PAM 混凝、Fenton 氧化、PAC 混凝-微滤膜过滤和 NaClO 氧化组合技术处理煤气洗涤废水,其用量分别为75mg/L+62.5mg/L、50mL/L、90mg/L 和12mL/L. 实验结果表明,该组合处理工艺效果优良,废水中挥发酚、氨氮、氰化物和悬浮物的去除率皆超过99%.处理后的水质优良,废水中挥发酚、氟化物、氨氮和氰化物浓度分别为 0.06mg/L、0.38mg/L、1.54mg/L、0.02mg/L,悬浮物浓度低于5mg/L,CODCr为30.74mg/L, 浊度低于0.5NTU,废水的颜色和异味完全被去除,该废水水质已达到再生回用要求.该研究表明,采用化学混凝、化学氧化和微滤膜组合技术实现了煤气洗涤废水的处理和回用,将为煤气洗涤废水的工程化处置,提供较好的借鉴.
【Abstract】 A combination process of chemical coagulation,chemical oxidation and micro-membrane filtration was used to treat the coal-gas washing water.The dosage of PAC and PAM,H2O2(30wt%),PAC and NaClO solution(5.4Wt% efficient chloride) is 75mg/L+62.Smg/L,50mL/L,90mg/L,12mL/L,respectively.The removal efficiencies of volatile phenol,NH4+-N,CN- and SS are beyond to 99%.The concentrations of volatile phenol,NH4+-N,CN- and fluoride ion in the treated effluent are 0.06mg/L,1.54mg/L,0.02mg/L and 0.38mg/L,respectively,the concentration of COD is 30.74mg/L.The suspended solid concentration is below 5mg/L,and the turbidity value is below 0.5NTU,the color and the odor of the coal-gas washing water were removed completely too.So the result is very satisfactory.It would be a model of engineering application for treatment and use of the coal-gas washing water.
