中小功率高光效微波硫灯的研究

【摘要】 本文设计了一套高光效微波硫灯系统,并研究和优化了其启动和发光性能。通过采用多路调节和监测技术,并对传输波导和谐振腔进行了改进,有效提高微波与放电等离子体的能量耦合效率。通过对比实验,确定了最佳充入硫粉和Ar气的量,在不影响硫灯发光性能的前提下加速了硫灯的启动过程。在微波驱动功率为1.45kW时,硫灯的启动时间仅为6s,发光光通量达到150,000lm,平均发光效率为100lm/W,显色指数80左右,硫灯发光光谱非常接近于太阳光谱线。

【Abstract】 A high-efficiency and energy-saving sulfur lamp is introduced, and the illuminant performance and starting process of the lamp is analyzed and optimized in this paper. By using the technology of multi-channel regulation and calibration, and ameliorating the parameters for the waveguide and resonance system, the energy transfer efficiency between the microwave and the discharging plasma is enhanced evidently. According to the opposite experiments, the optimal content for argon and sulfur is confirmed for accelerating the sulfur’s starting process without prejudicing its illuminant performance. At the incident microwave power of 1.45 kW, the lamp’s starting time is only 6 s, the optical flux of 150,000 lm is achieved, with the average optical efficiency of 100 lm/W and the radiation rendering index of 80, the spectrum for the sulfur lamp matches that of solar very well.
