外源DNA导入高粱引起的农艺性状变异及其遗传

【摘要】 为进行高粱的种质创新和品质改良,将生物产量高、抗病且生育期长的热带高粱 DNA 通过花粉管通道导入当地高粱品种。结果表明,导入后代出现了生育期、株高、单穗重、千粒重、穗粒数、穗长、粒色、穗型、节数、叶数、壳色、穗柄长、茎粗、粒形等数量性状及质量性状的诸多变异,并且导入后代的变异性状能稳定遗传。
【Abstract】 To improve the quality and germplasm of sorghum,Exogenous DNA of tropical sorghum with high bio- mass,diseases resistance and long growth duration was introduced into local sorghum varieties through pollen tube pathway. Variations in not only quantitative characters,but also qualitative ones,such as growth period,plant height,seed weight per ear,1 000-grain weight,No.of seed per ear,ear length,seed color,ear type,no.of internode,no.of leaves,shell color,peduncle length,stalk diameter and seed type were observed in sorghum progeny.The variation of the characters couht be stablly passed on to filial generations.
