黄精首乌有效部位组合对大鼠抗氧自由基的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究黄精、首乌有效部位对大鼠抗氧自由基的保护作用。方法:将大鼠分为对照组、模型组和实验组。对照组为未给药正常对照组;模型组为高脂血症阳性对照组;实验组共八组为按均匀设计 U86进行配方设计的给药组。分别测定各组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)及一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果:多数实验组此三项指标与模型组比较有显著性差异(p<0.01):而与对照组比较 MDA 含量只有模型组有显著性差异(p<0.01),SOD 活性有四个实验组有显著性差异(p<0.01),NO 含量多数实验组呈上升趋势但无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:黄精、首乌有效部位对大鼠抗氧自由基(OFR)的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:Research sealwort,Valid place of the fleece-flower root adjust great rat liberal foundation of the resisted oxygen protection action.Method:Shall the great rat is divided into the comparison series,Pattern group and experimental group.The regular comparison of medicine of comparison series in the interest of does not give series;The masculine gender comparison of illness of pattern series in the interest of Gao Zhixue series;The experimental group is total to eight seriess fills a prescription in the interest of designing U86 according to evenly the design medicine giving series.Ascertain by measuring separately in the different series of great rat serum the super oxide branch ferment(SOD)Activation and the third two aldehyde(MDA)Reach nitrogen oxide(NO)Content.Result:Most of experimentals group this three targets against the pattern series comparatively possess significance divergence(p< 0.01);But against the comparison there is significance divergence in the series comparing MDA’s content merely pattern group(p<0.01),SOD’s activation possess four experimentals group to possess significance divergence(p<0.01),Most of NO content experimentals group are send up ascening tendency yet does not there is not significance divergence(p>0.05). Conclusion:Sealwort,Valid place of the fleece-flower root adjust the great rat liberal foundation of resisted oxygen(OFR)Action.
