电除尘器外逸粒子收集机理的研究

【摘要】 提出提高阴极收尘潜力的措施,研究电除尘器外逸粒子的收集机制,并在理论指导下,设计制作具有防止阴极二次飞扬、克服与削弱反电晕、增强阴极收尘功能的新型阴极线组;通过实验,研究不同的新型阴极线组放电特性;建立电除尘器内二维流场数学模型确定边界条件和初始条件,求解电除尘器内二维流场数学模型,研究加与不加防风装置情况下通道内气流运动情况。
【Abstract】 The way and theory to improve the potential of dust collection of cathode in the elec- trostatic precipitator was investigated.Collecting mechanism of escaping particles was studied. Based on the theories,the new-type cathode is designed and made and it has the multi-function of collecting dust,minishing the lost of second blowing dust,weakening and overcoming the back corona.Discharging characteristics was studied through experiments on the laboratory.Two-dimen- sional flow field mathematics model in electrostatic precipitator was set up,and synchronously con- firm boundary and initial conditions.Solve two-dimensional flow field mathematics model and study the air flow situation using two dimensions k-εequation with adding the windproof device or without the device.
