【Abstract】 This paper reviews the development of metamorphic mechanisms,investigates the principles of the mechanisms,and characterizes the properties of the mechanisms.The paper further investigates three research aspects of the metamorphic mechanism,including the type,the self-reconfigurability and the identification of new metamorphic mechanisms.The distinction between the mechanisms and other type of mechanisms are then identified and the applications are demonstrated in the end of the paper.更多还原
