脉动式无级变速器发展状况及面临的问题与对策
The Recent Developement of Impulse Stepless Speed Regulator and Strategy for Current Situation

【摘要】 脉动式无级变速器属于非摩擦式机械无级变速器主要型式,具有能够在运动中适时调速与功率范围广、传动效率高的特点,拥有广泛的应用前景。本文系统的介绍了目前国内外机械式脉动无级变速器的发展水平及研究动态,并指出了所面临的动力学特性较差、且存在大量过约束等问题。据此提出了为开发高品质、高效益的脉动式无级变速器所应采取的对策与拟解决的关键问题。
【Abstract】 Impulse stepless speed regulator is a major branch of non-friction type of mechanical stepless speed regulators.It can timely adjust its speed during movement,and has broad range of power as well as efficient transmission so that its application would be widely seen in the near future.In this paper recent developements in mechanical and impulse stepless speed regulators studied by domestic and oversea institutes were introduced.,some problems,e.g.weak dynamic properties,excess overconstraint were pointed out also.To develope new impulse stepless speed regulators with high quality and high beneficial results,strategy to the key problems was proposed.
