全悬挂柔性支承传动机构启动过程的动力学特性研究
The Dynamic Properties Research on a Shaft-Mounted Tilting Transmission Mechanism with Flexible Support Starting-up in Preload Acting

【摘要】 本文在已建立的全悬挂柔性支承传动机构三自由度弹惯性耦合动力学方程基础上,使用 Laplace 变换法导出预张紧启动过程主轴和扭力杆动态扭矩、负载端动态角位移响应的解析解。发现主轴动态扭矩峰值在柔性支承和落地式传动两种结构形式下保持不变这一现象。给出实现最平稳启动的系统刚度比的设计准则。
【Abstract】 Based on the goveming equations for a shaft-mounted tilting transmission mechanism with flexible support established in previous work,the responses of system starting-up in preload acting,include the dynamic torques acting on the main shaft and the torsional bar,the angular displacement of the load end,are devided by the Laplace transform method, and found the peak torque acting on the main shaft is agreement with that in the fixed transmission mechanism.Further,the optimum stiffness ratio which makes the system staffing-up most smoothly is analysed.
