【摘要】 湘鄂渝黔边区高等教育发展与经济增长是否有关系?这种关系是否协调,是否具有某些特征呢?研究发现,该地区高等教育发展与区域经济增长高度正相关,但相关关系并不协调,且这种关系具有明显的时期性、阶段性分布特征;边区地方政府应从教育——经济系统的作用机制入手,理清相互作用的机理,结合地方教育、经济、社会发展的实际情况, 才能制定出更有效的协调发展政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Are there relationship between the development of higher education and the growth in economy in the Hunan-Hubei-Chongqing-Guizhou Border Region.Whether coordinated,whether has certain characteristics of this relationship.After analysis,we find that this relationship is positive but uncoordinated.Meanwhile,periodic evidently.The local government in this area should settle in and start with the mechanism in the"education-economy"system,combining the reality of education-economy-society,so as to work out more effective and coordinated policy.更多还原
