【摘要】 目的:评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞肝海绵状血管瘤的临床疗效。方法:用 Seldinger 技术股动脉插管,将导管超选至肿瘤供血动脉,术后3-48个月随防观察栓塞前后肿瘤直径大小变化、临床症状缓解情况及并发症。结果:18例肝海绵状血管瘤完全缓解9例,部分缓解7例,稳定 2例。临床症状好转有效率89%,无严重并发症。结论:平阳霉素碘油乳剂动脉栓塞肝海绵状血管瘤疗效良好,微创、安全、副作用少,可作为首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effativeness of Pingyangmycin Lipiodol emulsion (PLE)emblization to treat cavernous hemangioma of liver(CHL). Methods Eighteen patients with CHL were treated with PLE by transcatheter arteial embolization puncturing femoral artery with seldingers technology.The supplying ar- tery of tumors were embolized by gelfoam particle.The changes of tumor diameter were measured and compared period of 3-48 moths.The relative clinical symptoms and com- plications were observed.Results In the 18 patients with CHL,9 cases were complete relieve (CR),7 cases were part realieve (PR),2 cases were stated (SD), 89% patients’ relative clinical symptoms were significantly.No severe complications happened.Conclusion The transcatheter arterial injection of PLE to treat CHL is safe and effective with fewer complications,and should be the first line of therapy.更多还原
