【Abstract】 Objective To distinguish the primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)in young and non—yong through the investigation of the HCC patients in our hosptial in the past 5 years.Methods These eases,which tally with the diagnostic criteria of HCC,were collected and analyzed.The symp- toms,experimental results and pathological characters were compared between 94 eases of young group and 180 cases of non—young group.ResultsCompared with the non—youug group,the young group were more eases of gigantic block pathologic type,and more cases of significant increase in the serum HbsAg.The young group cases exceeded stage in TNM classification.It was no difference with the non—young group.Conclusion We should attach importance to prevent and threat the hepatitis B, and to diagnose and cure the HCC in forepart.更多还原
