碳源对Mo2C/SAPO-11催化剂制备及正庚烷异构化的影响

【摘要】 采用程序升温法制备了Mo2C/SAPO-11催化剂,以正庚烷为模型分子,在固定床连续流微反装置上考察了分别采用正戊烷和正庚烷做碳源,对催化剂制备和异构化的影响。在400℃,氢压1.5MPa,氢烃体积比为200∶1,空速1h-1条件下,正庚烷转化率达到81.39%,选择性68.67%,异构产物收率55.89%,连续反应120h,异构化活性未见明显降低。
【Abstract】 SAPO-11 supported molybdenum carbide catalyst was prepared by TPR using different carbon sources. The influence of carbon sources on preparation of Mo2C/SAPO-11 catalyst and its catalytic behaviors for hydroisomerization of n-heptane were investigated in a fixed-bed down-flow reactor.The results showed that selectivity to isomers of 68.67%, isomers yield of 55.89% and n-heptane conversion of 81.39% were obtained under following condition: 400 ℃, 1.5 MPa, LHSV 1.0 h-1, hydrogen/hydrocarbons volumetric ratio 200∶1. No considerable decline of the catalytic activity was observed after continuous reaction for 120 h.
