桑树害虫蛴螬的生物防治技术研究

【摘要】 用几种生物防治措施对桑园中越冬后蛴螬进行处理,测定其致病力。结果表明,尿素对蛴螬的防治效果很好,校正累计死亡率可达81.40%;真菌和细菌类的致病效果受温度影响较大,在低温下的效果均不明显。真菌类以布氏白僵菌的致病力最强,恒温25℃条件下的致病效果明显好于自然变温条件。

【Abstract】 The overwintering grubs in the mulberry field were treated by some biocontrol measures and then determining its pathogenicity. The result showed that the urea had a obvious controlling effect on grub, and its adjusted accumulative mortality rates was 81.40%; the temperature affected on the pathogenicity of fungi and bacteria so great and the pathogenic effects were not obvious under the low temperature. Beauveria brongnia had the strongest pathogenicity of fungi, and the pathogenicity under the constant temperature of 25℃ were obviously higher than those under the variable temperature.
