【摘要】 采用浸叶饲喂法,测定了Bt制剂对广西现行家蚕品种"桂蚕一号"的毒性。结果显示:Bt制剂浓度越高,家蚕的死亡率越高,且随着感染时间的延长,对家蚕的LC50也越小;对3龄和5龄家蚕72h的持续毒性LC50分别为32.3792mg/L和358.0472mg/L,其相对毒性比接近11:1,说明3龄蚕5龄蚕Bt制剂更为敏感。因此,建议在蚕区其他作物上应慎用Bt制剂,以减少和避免对桑蚕业安全生产的威胁。更多还原

【Abstract】 Toxicity of Bt preparation to the customarily reared silkworm which is named as Guican NO. I in Guangxi was measured by feeding on dipped-leaf. The results showed that the higher the density was, the higher morality was. Furthermore, the half lethal concentration (LC50) was lower while the time of infection was extended. At 72h, the LC50 against the third instars silkworms and the fifth instars ones were 32.3792 mg/L and 358.0472 mg/L, respectively. Thus the proportion of their LC50 was 11: 1, which indicated that it was more susceptible to it for the third-instars silkworms than the fifth-instars ones. Therefore, there is a suggestion that Bt preparation should be applied carefully to others crops in cultivating-silkworm area so that the serious threat on security of sericulture can be decreased and avoided.更多还原
