【摘要】 目的:观察推拿对实验性 RA 家兔疼痛的影响并探讨其镇痛作用的机理。方法:将32只家兔随机分为4组,正常组、模型组、痹颗粒组和推拿组;除正常组外,其他3组用卵蛋白诱导法复制 RA 家兔模型, 痹颗粒组和推拿组分别给予10天的痹颗粒和推拿手法治疗,治疗结束后用钾离子透入法:则定各组家兔关节局部痛阈,然后抽取脑脊液(CSF)用放免法检测 CSF 中β-内啡肽(β-EP)和八肽胆囊收缩索(CCK-8)的含量。结果:推拿组痛阈升高(P<0.05),推拿组 CSF 中 D-EP 的含量升高(P<0.05),推拿组 CSF 中 CCK-8 的含量升高,但低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿对 RA 家兔有较强的镇痛作用,镇痛效应优于痹颗粒,其作用的机理可能是推拿手法促进了内源性阿片肽β-EP 的大量释放。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare with Wangbikeli,the effect of Tuina therapy on pain of the experi- mental rheumatoid arthritis (RA) rabbits was observed.The central nerve system mechanism of pain reliefing with Tuina therapy on RA model rabbits was studied.Methods:To allocate 32 rabbits to 4 groups random- ly and 8 rabbits for each group.These 4 groups are Normal group,Model group,Wangbikeli group and Tu- ina group.To make Antigen-induced (Dumonde Glynn) rheumatoid arthritis models in the rabbits of Model group,Wangbikeli group and Tuina group.To treat the rabbits of Wangbikeli group with the Chinese patent medicine Wangbikeli and Tuina group with Tuina manipulations for 10 days,To determinate the pain thresh- old in the surface of the knee joints for all rabbits with K~+ penetration dolorimeter.To collect 1ml CSF of each rabbit and detemate the contents of β-EP and CCK-8 with radioimmunoassay (RIA).Result:Pain threshold of Tuina group decreased clearly (P<0.05);The content of the β-EP in CSF of Tuina group in- creased clearly (P<0.05).CCK-8 in CSF of Tuina group increased clearly but lower than Normal group (P<0.05),Conchtsions:There is effective in reliefing pain of Tuina therapy on experimental RA rabbits.The increased β-EP may explain the mechanism of the effect of Tuina reliefing pain on experimental RA.更多还原
