苯酚在Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2电极上的降解

【摘要】 利用循环伏安和恒电流电解研究了苯酚在电沉积法制备的 Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2电极上的氧化反应,考察了 pH 值、电流密度及苯酚初始浓度对苯酚降解过程中 COD 去除率的影响,通过高效液相色谱分析了苯酚降解的中间产物,研究了苯酚在 Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2电极上的降解历程.实验发现,电流密度和苯酚的初始浓度对苯酚的降解具有显著影响;pH 值对苯酚的降解影响不大.苯酚降解是逐级氧化过程,主要中间产物为对苯二酚、苯醌、丁烯二酸和草酸,最终产物为二氧化碳和水.
【Abstract】 Oxidation of phenol on Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2 electrode prepared by electro deposition was studied by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic electrolysis.The effects of pH,current density and initial concentration of phenol on the removal of chemical oxygen demand(COD)have been explored.The pathway of electrochemical degradation of phenol on Ti/Sb2O5-SnO2/PbO2 electrode was studied through intermediate products analysis by HPLC.It was found that the influences of current density and initial concentration of phenol on the degradation of phenol were significant;but the effects of pH were tittle.The main intermediates of phenol degradation were p-hytrobenzoquinone,benzoquinone,oxalic acid and maleic acid,and the final products were carbon dioxide and water.
