气相沉积法制备Co掺杂ZnO纳米线的磁学性能研究

【摘要】 研究了气相沉积方法制备的 Co 掺杂 ZnO 纳米线的结构及其磁学性能.结果表明,Co 离子代替 Zn 离子的位置进入 ZnO 晶格,样品的磁性能对实验条件的依赖性比较大,通入适量空气的条件下制备的样品具有室温铁磁性.
【Abstract】 The crystal structure and magnetic properties of Co-doped ZnO nanowires which synthesised by chemical vapor deposition method were investigated.The X-ray diffraction results show that the Co ions had incorporated into the ZnO lattice by substituting the Zn ions.The magnetic property of the Co-doped ZnO nanowires have relation to the experiment condition.The sample obtained under additional air exhibits room temperature ferromagnetic behavior.
