化学还原法合成硫化铅纳米棒及其表征(英文)

【摘要】 硫化铅纳米材料具有特殊的光电性能.许多方法用于合成各种形貌的硫化铅纳米材料.主要介绍以硝酸铅、四氢呋喃、硫粉和硼氢化钾为原料,通过化学还原方法来合成硫化铅纳米棒.在合成过程中,硝酸铅、四氢呋喃、硫粉和硼氢化钾的混合物在无水的条件下进行磁力搅拌,半导体硫化铅纳米棒即形成。硫化铅纳米棒分别通过 X 射线粉末衍射、透射电镜、紫外-可见光-近红外光分光光度仪和荧光分光光度钗进行表征。在透射电镜图中,硫化船纳米棒的直径和长度分别为500nm 和11μm.由于量子限域效应,分散在丙酮中的硫化铅纳米棒的紫外-可见光-近红外光吸收峰在1731nm,比硫化铅块体有明显的蓝移.通过532nm 的绿色激光激发,硫化铅纳米棒在1516nm 处发出荧光。
【Abstract】 PbS nanomaterials possess versatile specially optical and electronic properties.A lot of efforts have been made to prepare PbS nanomaterials with different morphology.In the paper,PbS nanorods were prepared by using a chemistry reduction method from starting materials including lead nitrate [Pb(NO3)2],tetrahydrofuran (THF),sulfur powder and potassium borohydride (KBH4).In the typical preparative process,a mixture of Pb(NO3)2,THE sulfur powder,and KBH4 was stirring magnetically under anhydrous condition. In this way,semiconductor PbS nanorods were obtained.The PbS nanorods were characterized by using a powder X-ray diffactometer, a transmission electron microscope,a UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer and a fluorescence spectrophotometer,respectively.In the TEM images,the diameter and length of the PbS nanorods were about 500nm and up to 11μm are observed.The UV-Vis-NIR absorption peak of the PbS nanorods dispersed in acetone is at 1731nm,exhibiting an obvious blue shift compared with that of the bulk PbS due to the quantum confinement effect.Under green laser light excitation at 532 nm,the PbS nanorods emit photoluminescent light around 1516nm.
