溶胶/凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/Al2O3

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米 RiO2/Al2O3,考察了陈化温度及络合比对 TiO2/Al2O3比表面积及孔结构参数的影响.结果表明,TiO2/Al2O3平均粒径<70nm, 比表面积超过210m2/g,平均孔径0.8~1.4nm.适当降低陈化温度及加络合剂有利于 TiO2/Al2O3粒子的分散。 Al2O3的存在提高了 TiO2/Al2O3的热稳定性.
【Abstract】 TiO2/Al2O3 composite nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gol method.The effect of sol aging temperature and complexing ratio on the specific surface area and pore structure parameters of TiO2/Al2O3 was studied.The results showed that TiO2/Al2O3 had the mean diameter of less than 70nm,specific surface area superior to 210m2/g and the pore size range of 0.8-1.4nm.The decrease of aging temperature and the addition of complexing ligand favored the dispersion of TiO2/Al2O3 particles.The thermal stability of TiO2/Al2O3 was improved in the presence of Al2O3.
