纳米聚吡咯的制备及在准固态染料敏化太阳电池中的应用

【摘要】 以 AS 树脂作为聚合物凝胶电解质基体,乙腈和四氢呋喃作为混合有机溶剂制备准固态染料敏化太阳电池.经过各个组成的优化,聚合物凝胶电解质电导率 (30℃)达到5.11mS/cm,准固态染料敏化太阳电池的光电转换效率在100mW/cm~2光强下达2.56%;温度对聚合物凝胶电解质的电导率的影响;通过在聚合物凝胶电解质中加入纳米聚吡硌添加剂,准固态染料敏化太阳电池的光电转换效率在100mW/cm~2光强下提高到3.23%.
【Abstract】 A polymer gel electrolyte with ionic conductivity of 5.11 mS/cm was prepared by using poly (acrylonitrile-co- styrene) as polymer matrix,acetonitrile and tetrahydrofuran as binary organic mixture solvent,NaI+I2 as electrolyte,and polypyrrole nanoparticle as additives.The influence of temperature on the ionic conductivity and photoelectronic properties of dye-sensitized solar cell were investigated.Based on the polymer gel electrolyte with the optimized conditions,a quasi-solid-state dye-sensitized solar cell was fabricated and its overall energy conversion efficiency of light-to-electricity of 3.23% was achieved under irradiation of 100mW/cm2.
