脉冲电流快速烧结锰锌铁氧体块材
Quickly sintering bulk MnZn ferrite by pulse electric current sintering technique

【摘要】 研究了用脉冲电流技术对纳米晶锰锌铁氧体粉体进行快速成型烧结。用 X 射线衍射分析了烧结前后样品的物相结构,用扫描电子显微镜分析了样品截面形貌.实验结果表明,得到的锰锌铁氧体块材样品具有尖晶石结构,样品成分有所偏析,其密度可以达到理论密度的96.8%.在特定形状石墨模具中,烧结样品粒径呈梯度分布,其原因可能与高能离子轰击、感应脉冲磁场和模具不同部分的热辐射有关系.
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline MnZn ferrite is sintered to form bulk by pulse electric current sintering(PECS)technique.The sample phase,before sintering and after sintering,is carried out by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The microstructure of the sample is observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicate that the sintering bulk has spinel structure,and there is some segregation in chemical composition.Its relative density is about 96.8%.With special graphite die,the grain sizes of the sample present gradient distribution.The reason of this phenomenon is explained by high energy ion bombardment,induced pulse magnetic field and heat radiation of different part of the special graphite die.
