纳米BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+蓝色荧光粉的表面包覆研究

【摘要】 以廉价的 MgCl2和 NH4F 为原料用乳胶法在纳米 BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)蓝色荧光粉颗粒表面成功地包覆了一层均匀致密的 MgF2包覆层.利用 XRD、 XPS、TEM 和 EDS 对纳米 BAM 包覆颗粒的化学成分和微观结构进行了表征,并通过真空紫外激发光谱测试了其光谱特性。结果表明,MgF2包覆层紧密地附着在 BAM 颗粒表面.包覆层对 BAM 纳米颗粒表面起到了很好的修饰作用,有效降低了 BAM 荧光粉的无辐射跃迁机率,使 BAM 的发光性能得到明显改善.
【Abstract】 Taking the use of cheap MgCl2 and NH4F as raw materials,MgF2 was successfully coated at the surface of nano-sized BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+phosphor particles by an emulsion method.The chemical compositions,microstructure,and luminescent performance of surface-coating BAM were characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM,EDS and VUV excitation, respectively.The results indicate that a compact homogeneous MgF2 film successfully forms on the surface of BAM particles.The luminescent performances of BAM with perfect surface modification is greatly improved due to the hanging-bonds and defects on the surface of nano-scale BAM particles being removed as well as non-radiative transition probability decreasing.
