【Abstract】 Limitations of design method for steel structure at now phase and some nonlinear factors influencing the global ultimate capacity of steel buildings are presented in this paper, the concept, the principal research approaches, and the present research situation and problems and development trend of advanced analysis theory which could account for these nonlinear factors are also introduced, as a result a foundation for the further research and the widely used in engineering design provides of this theory was provided.更多还原
