西芹黄萎病病原菌的生物学特性和防治药剂筛选

【摘要】 本文针对西芹黄萎病病原 Fusarium oxysproum f.sp.apii(FOA)开展了生物学特性研究,比较了不同碳氮源、温湿度、光照和 pH 值对 FOA 菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发的影响,并对几种杀菌剂开展了敏感性测试。FOA 能够在无碳源培养基上生长良好,并能利用多种碳源;磷酸钾和牛肉膏是最佳氮源;菌丝适生温度为10~35℃,最适温度25~28 ℃:菌丝生长和孢子萌发最适 pH 值为6.0;65℃处理10 min 及55℃处理30 min 都可致死病原孢子;病原孢子在90% 以上的空气湿度中萌发;全黑暗和弱光照有利于菌丝生长,产孢量不受光照条件影响;42%的多·硫悬浮剂和40%的多菌灵·福美双可湿性粉剂对 FOA 菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用,其 EC50分别为19.2mg/L 和38.1mg/L。

【Abstract】 Biological characteristics of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.apii (FOA), the pathogen of Fusarium yellows of celery were researched, the hypha growth or conidium germination in different carbon and nitrogen source, temperature range, humidity condition, light level and pH value were tested, and drug susceptibility of FOA to four kinds of fungicides were tested too. It was found that FOA could grow well in non-carbon source culture medium, and could use many kinds of carbon sources well; its optimal nitrogen source were potassium phosphate and beef extract; its hypha could grow from 10℃ to 35℃, but the optimal growth temperature range was 25~28℃; pH 6.0 was the best pH value for both hypha growth and conidium germination; the conidium lethal temperature were treated in 65℃ for 10 min or 55℃ for 30 min; conidium couldn’t germinate until the relative humidity was at 90% or above; darkness and low light level was good for the hypha growth but had no influence on the amount of conidia. The colony growth were restrained by 42% polysulfide suspending agent and 40% carbendazim thiram, the EC50 were 19.2 mg/L and 38. 1 mg/L separately.
