【摘要】 目的分析广东省性病实验室梅毒血清学检测能力,为质量管理提供依据。方法制备并发放梅毒血清样本,各性病实验室按照分级管理要求分别做非梅毒螺旋体和梅毒螺旋体血清学定性和定量试验,统计分析各实验室检测结果。结果 2004-2006年间共计有372家性病实验室参评了1035项梅毒血清学试验,全省总体符合率由2004年的82.5%上升到2006年的90.0 %,检测能力显著增高(x~2=16.8,P<0.05),操作水平得分在全省平均水平之上(SI≥0)的实验室比率由2004年的64.7%上升到2006年的76.8%(x~2=4.6,P<0.05)。非梅毒螺旋体和梅毒螺旋体血清学定性试验的总体符合率分别为95.5%和95.0%,两者的假阴性率和假阳性率分别只有4.7%和4.0%、7.2%和0.4%。非梅毒螺旋体和梅毒螺旋体血清学定量试验总体符合率分别为82.1%和81.1%,符合率和 SI≥10的实验室呈逐年增加趋势,几何标准差逐年减小 (3.6-2.9和4.9-2.7)。结论加强性病实验室的规范化建设,促进梅毒血清学检测能力的提高, 对于梅毒的防治有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the quality and proficiency of serological test of syphilis for quality control program among the STIs laboratories in Guangdong Province.Methods Sera of syphilis were prepared and delivered to STIs laboratories for the detection of non-treponemal and treponemal quantitative and qualitative tests.Quality and proficiency were analyzed by statistics.Results A total of 372 STIs laboratories in Guangdong Province were enrolled and 1035 sera were tested during 2004-2006.The founding showed that the reproducibility of all tests among the laboratories evaluated increased from 82.5% in 2004 to 90.0% in 2006 (x~2=16.8,P<0.05),the rate SI scores over the provincial average level (SI≥0) rose from 64.7% to 76.8% during 2004-2006.The reproducibility of non-treponemal and treponemal qualitative tests were 95.5% and 95.0%,and the percentage of false-negative and false-positive results was 4.7% and 4.0%,7.2% and 0.4%,respectively.The reproducibility of non-treponemal and treponemal quantitative tests were 82.1% and 81.1%,showing increases in the reproducibility and the laboratories with SI≥0,and decrease in their geometric standard deviation (3.6 to 2.9 and 4.9 to 2.7) year by year.Conclusions The capability of serological test for syphilis has been enhanced by standard construction of the STIs laboratories and plays an important role in controlling and treating syphilis.更多还原
