【摘要】 目的:探索珠海市居民意外伤害死亡水平、原因及分布特征,为制定预防对策提供科学依据。方法:利用珠海市2004-2005年户籍居民死亡监测资料,死因根据 ICD-10分类,进行伤害死亡分析。结果:居民意外伤害年平均死亡率为44.18/10万,标化率为41.79/10万, 位于所有疾病死亡的第5位;男性死亡率为53.07/10万,高于女性死亡率31.31/10万,男、女伤害死亡率差异有统计学意义。在意外死因构成中,机动车辆的交通事故占24.70%,列第1位, 第2、3位分别是自杀和意外跌落,分别占20.78%和14.04%。意外伤害的死亡率随年龄的增长而上升。结论:意外伤害死亡是一个公共卫生问题,需要强化各类安全管理,加强健康教育,增强群众自我保护与安全防范意识,采取多方面的干预措施,以降低意外伤害的发生,减少意外死亡的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mortality leavl,distribution and relative to risk factors of injury death among the registered population in Zhuhai,and providing the scientific basis for prevention and control of injury.Methods The data of Mortality Registration System from 2004 to 2005 in Zhuhai were analyzed.The death causes of injury were classified according to the ICD-10. Results The average death rate of injury and the standard rate in registered population in Zhuhai were 44.18 and 41.79 per 100,000 From 2004 to 2005,which was the fifth death cause.The standard rate in male population to female population was 1.64 to 1.The main death causes of injury wer traffic accident,suicide and falling off.The average injury death rate increased with increasing age. Conclusion The injury death is a public health problem,therefore we should reinforce safety managements,health education and self-protecting to reduce the death rate of injury.更多还原
