【摘要】 目的了解珠海市学生急诊伤害流行特征,为学生伤害预防控制提供科学依据。方法 2005年1月1日至2005年12月31日期间,凡因有意或者无意导致身体受伤且首次就诊于所监测医院急诊室的4-18岁学生均为本次调查的对象,接诊医护人员亲自询问调查对象,填写统一的调查表格。结果 2005年珠海市学生急诊伤害监测1312名,男女生性别比为2.71:1。伤害的发生以7-9 岁年龄段较多,占伤害总数的24.1%。伤害谱的前三位为跌落(占42.9%)、交通伤(占18.0%)及钝器伤(占16.7%)。公路/街道、学校及家中为伤害的好发地点。31.6%的伤害发生在体育运动时。结论珠海市学生伤害以跌落伤较多。应针对学生伤害发生的特点和分布规律,加强安全卫生知识教育,增强学生的自我保护意识,制定和完善必要的、切实可行的防护措施,保护学生的安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the recent situation,characteristic and pattern of injury emergency of students in Zhuhai in 2005,and to provide scientific evidences for the policy-making of control and prevention of injury.Method From Jan.1,2005 to Dec.31,2005,all injured students of age 4-18 who are injured intentionally or inadvertently by body and treated the first time in the emergency wards of supervised hospitals,are listed as our study objects.The medical staffs inquire all study objects personally,and fill up the forms of research together.Result Altogether 1312 students aged 4-18 are interviewed,male to female is at 2.71:1.the injury occures mostly at the age 7-9, covers 24.1% of total injury.Dropping down (42.9%),traffic injury (18.0%) and injury by blunts (16.7%) are listed at the first 3 positions of injury.They happen often at the roads/streets,school and home,31.6% injury takes place during sport activity.Conclusion The students of Zhuhai City are injured mostly by dropping down.According to the characteristics and rules of injury of students,a knowledge of safety should be taught,to enhence the self-protection of students.A necessary and feasible prevention measure should be concluded to safeguard the students.更多还原
