不同耕作栽培方式对菜地土壤动物多样性的影响

【摘要】 本文对韶关市武江区黄田坝上饶村常规栽培菜地和黄田坝居民楼顶的有机栽培菜地的土壤动物群落进行了调查研究。共分离鉴定土壤动物1527只,分属2门8纲18目,其中上饶村常规栽培菜地797只动物分属1门3纲11目,居民楼顶有机栽培菜地 730只动物分属2门8纲14目。有机栽培菜地土壤动物优势类群为蜱螨目、弹尾目和膜翅目的蚂蚁,常见土壤动物类群有寡毛纲的正蚓科、等足目、双尾目、鳞翅目、鞘翅目、原尾目和蜚蠊目,稀有类群有伪蝎目、等翅目、直翅目和综合纲;常规栽培的菜地土壤动物优势类群弹尾目,常见土壤动物类群蜘蛛目、蜱螨目、鞘翅目和双翅目,稀有类群有等翅目、膜翅目、直翅目和综合纲。有机栽培菜地的土壤动物多样性指数和均匀度指数明显高于常规栽培菜地,常规栽培菜地的土壤动物优势度高于有机栽培菜地。说明有机栽培耕作方式有利于促进土壤动物的生长及其多样性的提高,使用农药和化肥的常规栽培方式对土壤动物的影响较大。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the effect of two different Farming systems of vegetables on soil animals in Shaoguan city, Guangdong province, China. There were 1,527 soil animals collected, which belonged to 18 orders in 8 classes under 2 phylums. Among the total soil animals, 797 soil animals were collected, which belonged 11 orders in 3 classes under 1 phylums in the conventional farming system of vegetables; 730 soil animals were collected which 14 orders in 8 classes under 2 phylums in the organic faming system of vegetables. In the organic faming system, dominant populations of soil animals were Acarina,Collembola, and ants which belonged to Hymenoptera; the ordinary groups were Lumbricidae which belonged to Oligochaeta, Isopoda, Diplura, Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Protura, Blattoptera; the rare groups were Pseudoscorpiones, Isoptera, Orthoptera, Symphyla. In the conventional farming system of vegetables, the dominant populations were Collembola. The ordinary populations were Aranieda, Acarina, Coleoptera, Dipter. The rare populations were Isoptera, Hymenoptera, Orthoptera, Symphyla.The diversity index and the evenness index of the organic faming system were higher than those in the conventional farming system of vegetables, the dominance index was lower in the organic farning system than in the conventional farming system of vegetables. The results showed that organic farming could improve the growth environmant and biodiversity of soil animals, the conventional farming with more chemical fertilizers and pesticides would have bad effects on soil animals.
