高效降解氯嘧磺隆菌株LW-3的分离鉴定及降解特性研究

【摘要】 从长期受氯嘧磺隆污染的土壤中分离到一株能同时高效降解氯嘧磺隆的菌株 LW-3,经过生理生化实验和 16S rDNA 序列同源性分析,将该菌株鉴定为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp.)。菌株 LW-3能以氯嘧磺隆为唯一氮源生长;在30~35℃,pH6.5~7.2时降解性能良好,在相同温度下 pH 的变化对其降解效果有较大的影响。在 pH6.5,温度32℃时,50mg/L 氯嘧磺隆经过7天,降解率达70%—80%左右。
【Abstract】 A bacterium designated as LW-3, capable of degrading Chlorimuron-ethyl simultaneously was isolated from the long-term Chlorimuron-ethyl soil. LW-3 was identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on physiological and biochemical analyses and sequences comparison of 16S rDNA. LW-3 could use Chlorimuron -ethyl as sole-nitrogen source for growth. The most adaptable pH and temperature for the degradation of Chlorimuron -ethyl were pH 6.5~7.2 and 30~35 ℃, at same temperature the pH change to the Chlorimuron -ethyl degrading influence is large. When the pH and temperature were pH6.5 and 32℃, 50 mg/L Chlorimuron -ethyl could be degraded to 70%-80% level after 7days.
