钛酸铝陶瓷粉料的制备与研究

【摘要】 本论文主要通过固相法和液相法在实验室条件下合成出钛酸铝粉体的物相研究,探讨不同合成方法、不同合成温度对粉料中物相组成的影响以及由合成粉料经再次高温所烧成陶瓷材料的XRD测试,并比较了它们间的不同。同时还讨论了掺杂液相法合成钛酸铝粉体的特点。实验表明:随着反应合成温度升高,保温时间延长,钛酸铝晶相含量增加,晶体结构完整;而掺杂可使合成的钛酸铝粉体XRD图谱发生变化。

【Abstract】 In this paper aluminum titanate(Al2TiO5 or AT) purity fine powders were prepared by ways of solid phase synthesis and liquid phase synthesis in 1400℃and 1380℃ respectively. The factors which influence aluminum titanate powder-synthesized were daily discussed, and then the powder-synthesized conditions were optimized. Aluminum titanate powders have been prepared by solid phase reaction and liquid phase method. The experiment results showed that the sintering temperature and socking time were main factors which influence powder-synthesized of Al2TiO5, the higher sintering temperature and longer preservation time, the more complete the crystal structure of aluminum titanate becomes and powder is purer. The addition of additives makes a lower sintering temperature for aluminum titanate powders.
