【Abstract】 As the implementation of the two EU directives (WEEE / ROHS Directive),and further enhance of the environmental protection requirements to electronic materials, the type of halogen flame retardants gradually were banned. Nitrogen flame retardant, as a flame retardant has a good effect and with the requirements of environmental protection, is developping more quickly, and is increasingly applied in electronic materials.This paper introduced the type of Nitrogen flame retardant in the resin of CCL, comprehensive performances, fire-retardant mechanism and application, and so on.更多还原
