【Abstract】 The right to know and the right of privacy are contrary terms in the science of law, the conflict could be occurred in equal parties as well as in unequal parties in opening government information. The problem can be solved carefully and skillfully by following a number of principles, including taking account of political and public benefits, protecting personality of citizens, information spreading freely and limiting rationally, properly restricting the right to know, people concerned participating in consultation etc.更多还原
