【摘要】 本试验采用"禅寺丸"(Diospyros kaki LE.‘Zenjimaru’,2n=6X=90)花粉与‘藤原御所’(D.kaki ‘Fujiwara-gosho’,2n=6X=90)杂交,通过幼胚培养获得了一批再生植物。其中,有1株与对照相比,叶片气孔孔径增大、密度降低;叶片 DNA 含量为对照1.53倍。可初步确定为九倍体。更多还原

【Abstract】 To produce nonaploid persimmon,the pollen(D.kaki cv.Zenjimaru,2n=6X=90)were crossed with ‘Fujiwaragosho’(D.kaki,2n=6X=90).The resultant embryos were rescued by in vitro culture techniques to obtain plantlets.Stomata of the one regenerated plantlet were larger than those of the normal plantlets,but the density of stomata were reduced.The nuclear DNA content of that one was one and a half times as much as normal hexapioid plantlets.These results suggested nonaploid(2n=9x=135)presence in those plantlets.更多还原
