【Abstract】 Zizyphus jujuba Mill.cv.Dongzao is one of the cultivars of Chinese jujubes which was favored by many people.In this thesis the botany characteristics,nutrition value and the difference with other jujube cultivars harvested in middle October of dongzao were discussed.The adapted ability and economic value of dongzao were also showed for explaining the necessity and feasibility of the domestication of dongzao.Studies getting along with the domestication of dongzao were boiled down in the following part.更多还原
