【摘要】 目的了解高碘地区儿童营养水平现状。方法在山东高青地区整群随机抽取2个乡4 个村237名7～10岁儿童,用记录法对其进行3天的膳食调查。测量儿童身高、体重及尿碘水平。结果山东省高青地区儿童膳食结构中,以植物性食物为主,动物性食物摄入较少；热能、蛋白质等摄入量达到中国营养学会推荐要求,但钙、锌、维生素 A、核黄素等营养素分别达到膳食推荐摄入量的49．76%、 70．73%、50．78%、52．13%；儿童消瘦率(WHZ＜-2)为9．28%,生长迟缓率(HAZ＜-2)为11．81%,低体重率(WAZ＜-2)为9．28%,超重率(WAZ＞2)为6．75%；儿童碘摄入量较高,尿碘中位数为656．45μg/L。尿碘在800μg/L 及以上者达到30．2%。结论所调查的儿童低体重、消瘦率以及生长迟缓的发生率较高。儿童膳食结构单一,能量和营养素以植物性食物为主要来源。锌、钙、维生素 A、核黄素等营养素摄入的比较缺乏。碘负荷水平过高,属于严重碘摄入过量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the nutrition status of children from excessive iodine intake area. Methods 237children aged 7-10 years were randomly sampled from 4 villages of Caoqing county rural area in Shandong province.The dietary survey was done by recording method to collect food consumption data for 3 days. The stature,weight and urinary iodine content of children were measured.Results In the dietary composition the grain consumption was more but animal consumption was less.The energy and protein intakes could be satisfied children’s requirements.However,the intake of calcium,zinc,vitamin A and vitamin B₂ accounted for 49.76%, 70.73%,50.78%,52.13% of RNI,respectively.The prevalence of （WHZ）<-2,（HAZ）<-2,（WAZ）<- 2 accounted for 9.28%,11.81%,9.28%,respectively.And the prevalence of （WAZ）>2 was 6.75% .The intake of iodine was excessive.The median of urinary iodine was 656.45μg/L.The children of urinary iodine more than 800μg/L accounted for 30.2%.Conclusion The prevalence rates of underweight and stature lower than standard were higher in this area.The grain consumption was more but animal consumption was less in the dietary composition.The intake of calcium,zinc,vitamin A and vitamin B₂ was deficient.The intake of iodine was excessive.更多还原
