【摘要】 目的观察人群不同碘摄入水平与甲状腺疾病之间的关系。方法选择甲状腺功能正常的健康志愿者,年龄为18～24岁。随机分为7组,各组每人每天补充500、750、1000、1250、1500、1750、 2000μg 的碘剂,为期4周。采用化学发光法测定血清 FT4、sTSH 浓度。结果正常人群补充500～ 2000μg/d 的碘剂2周后即出现亚临床甲状腺功能减退(甲减)的发生。补充500μg/d 碘剂量组人群亚临床甲减的发病率较低(15．00%)且随补碘时间的延长发病率稳定不变,1750μg 组4周后的发病率下降, 部分人群甲状腺功能恢复正常。其余各组的亚临床甲减的发病率随着补充碘剂时间的延长,人群呈现发病率上升的趋势。各剂量组的发病率在28．00%～47．37%之间。4周后各剂量组未见到临床甲减患者。结论正常人群在短期内接触高剂量的碘(500～2000μg),主要造成以亚临床甲状腺功能减退为主的甲状腺功能异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the relationship between vary iodine dose and thyroid disease in population.Methods Euthyroid healthy volunteers whose age was from 18 to 24 years old were adopted and divided into 7 groups randomly,each group was assigned to receive 500,750,1000,1250,1500 and 2000 micrograms iodide oral doses/day for four weeks.Serum concentration of FT4,sTSH were measured by ehemoluminescenee assays. Results The normal population would occur subclinical hypothyroidism if supplied 500-2000μg iodide oral doses/ day for 2 weeks.Compare with the other groups,group with a 500μg/d iodine oral dose had a lower incidence (15.00%) of subclinical hypothyroidism,and it was steady along with time of iodine supplement.The incidence of group with 1750μg/d descend after 4 weeks,parts’ thyroid function in this group resumed.Subclinical hypothyroidism incidences of the rest groups represent an ascending trend along with iodine supplement,they were in the rang of 28.00%-47.37%.No subclinical hypothyroidism case was detected after 4 weeks in all groups. Conclusion The dysfunction of normal population is mainly subclinical hypothyroidism if with an exposure to a high dose iodine 500-2000μg)in a short time.更多还原
