【摘要】 目的旨在探讨细胞遗传在临床早期诊断更有效、简便的方法。方法随机选择699例不同病种。不同年龄病员的外周血染色体分析资料。以 ISCN1985国际标准为模板,常规镜下分析及棱型配对分析。结果 699例外周血染色体资料分析．发现异常核型75例,异常检出率为10．59% P＜0．01．分析各种病种与染色体异常的关系,发现本地区白血病与21三体综合症发病率为多．异常率分别为88．46%p＜0．01；78．95%P＜0．01。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study chromosome karyotypic analysis was a efficient and convenience clinical cliagnosis.
