真空烧结法制备生物多孔钛的研究

【摘要】 本文以碳酸氢铵做造孔剂,采用真空烧结法制备出生物多孔钛。研究了碳酸氢铵加入量、烧结温度对多孔钛的影响,系统研究了多孔钛的孔隙率和造孔剂加入量的关系。使用电子分析天平、扫描电子显微镜和 X 射线衍射仪测试制品的结构和性能。真空烧结法制备的多孔钛具有孔隙贯通、孔隙率可控、童现性好的特点。多孔钛制品的孔隙率的倒数和钛与碳酸氢铵质量比成一次函数关系。
【Abstract】 The biological porous titanium was prepared by vacuum sinte- ring method and ammonium hydrogen carbonate was selected as pore for- mer in this paper.The effects of ammonium hydrogen carbonate content as well as sintering temperture on porosity were investigated.Moreover, the relationship between the porosity of porous body and the content of ammonium hydrogen carbonate was studied systematically.The structures and the properties of samples were characterized by means of electron ana- lytical balance,scanning electron microscope (SEM),and X-ray diffrac- tion (XRD).The porous titanium prepared had the characteristics of in- teroonnected pore,controlled porosity and good repetition.The reciprocal of porosity was expressed as linear function of the quality ratio of titanium to ammonium hydrogen carbonate.
