热挤压Mg-6%Al-3%Ni合金的拉伸变形行为

【摘要】 针对不同处理状态的热挤压 Mg-6%Al-3%Ni 合金在不同试验温度下的拉伸变形行为进行了研究。拉伸试验结果表明,挤压后进行固溶处理、固溶+时效处理以及固溶 +双级时效处理的 Mg-6%Al-3%Ni 合金的室温拉伸性能均低于挤压态 Mg-6%Al-3%Ni 合金,但在200℃拉伸时,固溶 +时效态的变形 Mg-6%Al-3%Ni 合金的拉伸性能显著高于其他三种加工处理状态的合金。拉伸断口分析结果表明,不同加工处理状态的变形 Mg-6%Al-3%Ni 合金在拉伸加载条件下可发生韧性断裂或韧、脆混合断裂,主要取决于试验温度和所采用的热处理工艺。
【Abstract】 The tensile deformation behavior of hot-extruded Mg-6% Al- 3% Ni magnesium alloys with different processing states at various testing temperatures were investigated.The results of tensile experiments show that the hot-extruded Mg-6% Al-3% Ni alloys subjected te solid solution, solid solution plus aging and solid solution plus double aging treatments exhibit the worse tensile properties at room temperature compared with as- extruded Mg-6% Al-3% Ni alloy.However,the hot-extruded Mg-6% Al- 3% Ni alloy subjected to solid solution plus aging treatment gives the high- est ultimate tensile strength and yield strength at 200℃.The analysis on the fracture surfaces reveals that the extruded Mg-6% Al-3% Ni alloys with different processing states can exhibit either ductile or mixed ductile and brittle fracture modes,which depends on the testing temperature and the applied heat treatment technology.
