虚拟病理切片及在病理学领域的应用

【摘要】 目的本文介绍了虚拟显微镜和虚拟病理切片的原理及其在病理科的应用。方法虚拟切片技术是集自动显微平台、影像镶嵌等多项高新技术为一体的现代病理学前沿研究领域,目前普遍认为20倍物镜采集的数码图像比较适合作虚拟切片。现阶段虚拟病理切片的应用为远程病理诊断带来了光明,今后虚拟病理切片将和放射影像一样作为病人资料存入病理科的网络服务器中,可以十分方便地用于远程会诊、读片查阅。结果利用基于图像内容的检索软件, 虚拟切片影像数据库将来可为远程肿瘤辅助诊断提供帮助。

【Abstract】 Objective The principle of Virtual Pathology Slide and its application in pathology are introduced.Method Many new technolo- sies like auto-microscope platform and image mosaic have been used to construct virtual slides.It is popularly considered by most pathologists that the digital image acquired using 20x object lens is just suitable for virtual slide construction.Based on this technology,pathologists now can perform remote consultation through telepathology diagnoses.In the near future,virtual pathology slide will be stored with radiographs as case his- tory in the data server of pathology department,and pathologists can con- veniently check these data from any place which has access to internet.
