两种3D晶粒组织的正常晶粒长大仿真研究

【摘要】 设计了参数β=3.14与参数β=3.47的两种 Weibull 尺寸分布初始晶粒组织,并采用一种改进的 Ports 模型 Monte Carlo 算法进行了3D 正常晶粒长大过程的仿真实验研究。仿真实验结果表明:两种不同初始组织的晶粒长大过程均遵循抛物线长大规律,晶粒生长指数非常接近理论值 0.5。准稳态长大阶段,两种组织的晶粒尺寸分布趋于一致,均为参数β=2.80±0.03的 Weibull 尺寸分布,而不是经典 Hillert 理论预测的 Hillert 尺寸分布。Yu-Liu 解析理论分布函数也可以用来描述仿真得到的晶粒尺寸分布。准稳态晶粒面数分布均为 Lognormal 分布。
【Abstract】 Monte Carlo simulations were performed to investigate the process of the 3D normal grain growth starting from two microstructures,the grain size distributions of which could be well described by the Weibull function with parameters μ=3.14 and β=3.47.The result show that the parabolic law in grain growth is observed and the simulation time exponent of grain growth n is very close to the theoretical value n=0.5.During the quasi-stationary state stage,the grain size distribution of the two microstructures seemly approach to a similar distribution,which is quite different from the Hillert distribution.However,the Weibull function with a parameter different from that of the initial fits the grain size distribution well.Meanwhile it can also be well described by Yu-Liu function,where v is smaller than 4.Lognormai function fits the face number distribution well.
