【摘要】 等离子体技术是在上世纪60至70年代等离子体物理理论基础上发展起来的一门新兴工业技术。本文介绍了等离子体的发生装置和工业应用,并详细介绍了利用等离子体技术制备先进材料的工艺过程的特点,指出我国发展等离子体技术的机遇和挑战。
【Abstract】 In this paper the apparatus and the applications of plasma in industries are presented. The plasma technology for the production of advanced materials was described. It is urgent to develop the plasma technology in china to promote the national industry.
