【Abstract】 Technological development has been achieved for fTSC (flexible thin slab caster) to produce SPA-H steel grade. Through chemical composition control, temperature adjustment, mold powder choice and secondary cooling water setting for continuous casting etc., the longitudinal crack problems of slabs at FTSC are resolved. With certified surface and internal quality, the performance of FTSC slab plates is better than conventional slab plates. SPA-H steel has been produced in batch at Benxi continuously thin slab casting.更多还原
