基因技术定性测定转基因油脂
Qualitative Detection of Transgenic Oil by Genetic Technology

【摘要】 本论文综述了测定转基因油脂的重要性和近年来基因法定性测定转基因大豆油脂的技术-普通PCR技术、多重PCR技术、PCR-ELISA技术、PCR-GeneScan技术、实时荧光PCR技术和微阵列检测技术的优缺点,相比较而言,多重PCR技术、PCR-ELISA和实时荧光PCR技术是比较实用的三种方法。除此之外,还分析了油脂加工过程中物理精炼方法和化学精炼方法对基因法定性测定转基因油脂外源基因DNA测定结果的影响,注意测定结果的假阴性,以免引起误判。这为进一步快而准确的定性测定转基因油脂提供参考。
【Abstract】 This paper summarized the significance of detecting transgenic oil and advantages and disadvantages of the genetic technologies to detect transgenic soybean oil which included: the ordinary PCR technology, the multiple PCR technology, the PCR-ELISA technology, the PCR-GeneScan technology, the real-time fluorescence PCR technology and the micro-array testing technology in recent years. Comparatively, the multiple PCR technology, PCR-ELISA technology and the real-time fluorescence PCR technology were the quite practical three methods. In addition, the impact of the results of genetic method to detect oil’s exogenous gene DNA caused by physical refining and chemical refining in oil processing was analyzed. Attention of the false-negative results, so as to avoid misjudgment. It provided the reference for further quick and accurate qualitative determination of transgenetic oil.
