【摘要】 本文提出了一种基于Micro-CT扫描数据的牙根管建模与分析流程。结合多种CAD软件和有限元分析系统,精确的构建出牙齿、根管、牙槽骨以及牙根管中心线的三维模型。本方案解决了以往牙齿建模分析方法中缺少牙槽骨模型的问题,以此为基础,探讨了精确比较牙根管在预备前后力学性能变化和中心线变化的方法,能够为评估根管治疗效果和治疗方案提供可量化的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents a flow of constructing and analysis of tooth canal on the basis of Micro-CT scan date of tooth. Combining with several of computer CAD softwares and finite element analysis system, constructs precise 3-D model of tooth and alveolar bone and centerline of tooth canal.This project solves problem which lacked of alveolar bone in modeling and analysis of tooth. And on the base of this, the paper discusses a way of researching the change of mechanics capability and centerline of tooth canal before and after preparation. This way can provide quantified references for evaluating curative effect and treatment.更多还原
